Our Practitioner Diploma in The Art and Science of Aromachology – Aromatherapy For Psychological Wellbeing, is specifically designed to develop participants’ appreciation, knowledge and understanding of the therapeutic benefits of Aromatherapy through a Psycho-Physiological and Psycho-Emotional Lens.
The Art and Science of Aromachology – Aromatherapy For Psychological Wellbeing will be delivered live online by Beverley Higham an IFPA (International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists) Certified Aromatherapist and Teacher with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. Beverley is the author of Inspirational Aromatherapy: The Writings of Beverley Higham, published by Balboa Press in 2015. She holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Professional and Vocational Education and she was awarded The Medal of Excellence from City and Guilds for her insightful and inspiring teachings on the topic of Aromatherapy. She is also a member of the Alliance of Holistic Aromatherapy. Beverley regularly deliveres keynote speeches at international conferences and delivers workshops across the globe on Aromatherapy.

Programme Aims
To enhance and develop participants appreciation, knowledge and understanding of the therapeutic benefits of Aromatherapy Oils specific to Psychological Wellbeing.
Participants will:

- develop a comprehensive knowledge, appreciation and understanding of Aromatherapy Oils from a historical and scientific perspective.
- explore and develop an indepth understanding of the art and science of Aromatherapy Oils with a focus on their pharmacological, psychotherapeutic and metaphysical properties.
- develop a deep understanding and proficiency in Aromatherapy Oils odour classification, volatility and the notes systems, blending ratio and dosage.
- engage in practical lessons through the blending of their own customised Psychological Wellbeing Aromatherapy Oils.
