Neurodiversity Informed Psychotherapy

Our Specialist Diploma in Neurodiversity Informed Psychotherapy is suitable for qualified Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Art Therapists, Play Therapists, Guidance Counsellors,  and therapists in training, who wish to ensure a strengths based,  neurodiversity affirming and informed approach in their clinical work. Participants will develop a sound understanding of the nature and scope of Neurodiversity  along with the appropriate tools, techniques and skills to work in an informed and effective manner with clients who identify as Neurodiverse.

This Specialist Diploma in Neurodiversity Informed Psychotherapy is Recognised and Approved by The Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and facilitated by a team of neurodiverse  practitioners.

Entry Requirement

This CPD Diploma is open to practitioners who have successfully completed

  • A Degree or Diploma in Counselling/ Psychotherapy

This programme may also be of interest to Play Therapists, Art Therapists, Drama & Music Therapist, who have appropriate experience and accreditation and are seeking to expand their skill set to work in an informed manner with Neurodiversity.
